Fourth Quarter Church Business Meeting

We would like to encourage all Mount Zion Missionary Baptist church members to attend the church business meeting.  There are important matters that need to be discussed together. As well as vital decisions and action we need to take collectively as a church family. Your voice needs to be heard on these items so that with God's guidance we can do what is best for His local assembly.

Proxy forms are available for members who are unable to attend the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist church business meetings. The Deacons and Church Board respectfully ask that the proxy process not be used as a substitute for active participation in the business meetings.

If a proxy must be used please download the proxy form and fill it out. It must be returned to a Church Board member prior to the start of the business meeting.
